Still Sailing

Turns out that yesterday's broadside struck my project only a glancing
blow. It made a lot of scary sounding noises, and had me reasonably worried
I was going to sink, however I'd managed to clear everything up by around
10am. Meeting with the customer went ok, got full backing for the original
proposal. The 2nd meeting with the person with apparent problems when much
better than the first. I think perhaps it was all a perception and a storm
in a teacup. I've made my case, and he's prepared to back that. I suspect
my neck might be on the block if it all goes pear shaped now, since I've
fought quite hard for the option I wanted.

So we're sailing on, but there are still potentially stormy waters ahead.
